HOW TAKE SEVEN CAN HELP YOU
The science is very clear: Movement throughout the day is vital to improving and maintaining health. Simply working out after work is not going to combat the negative effects of sitting all day. A couple of reasons:
1. We now know that just exercising before or after work will not negate the negative effects of a sedentary work environment. Movement throughout the day is vital to well-being and Take Seven allows you to make that movement targeted and effective.
2. Take Seven is a great supplement to someone who is already working out. By keeping your body moving throughout the day you keep your body ready to engage in performance when you do hit the gym. Better yet, you will reduce your risk of injury and increase performance when you do go to the gym as your body with have the mobility and function to perform at a higher level.
Movement throughout your day is vital to well-being. Every bit of movement you bring into your day helps. Also, if you perform a micro-workout every hour of your workday you will have fit an entire hour of exercise into your day that was not there before. You will feel the difference.
Smoking used to be a social norm in the workplace. Things change because people insist they change. Part of the Take Seven mission is to help create a culture of movement in the workplace. It is certainly not silly to take care of your health. We ask that you join us in becoming a leader in building a culture of movement in your office.
We love simple. Much like exercise does not need to be complicated to be effective, neither does our platform. The simplicity on our site is intentional as we do not want to overwhelm you with options. The micro-workouts change and new categories are added all the time to help increase variability in your workouts - another key to well-being.

The Take Seven program is designed to get you up and moving every hour of your workday but many people make it fit around their schedule in creative ways. Many people do before or after work, many use certain solutions before the gym or certain activities. We always suggest starting small trying to fit in a micro-workout once a day and work your way up to every hour or before any activity.
